The J. Frank Dobie Band Parent Organization (BPO) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, volunteer organization committed to enriching our local children’s high school band experience. This is accomplished through various fundraising campaigns, the administration of student band and color guard fees, and volunteer services including chaperones, uniforms, food and refreshments, equipment loading/moving, trailer maintenance, etc.

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to help support this group of young people through our tax-deductible, corporate sponsorship program.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP OVERVIEW

Gold - $1,000

  • Logo and recognition on the band's website

  • Acknowledgment on sponsor list page in programs for all band concerts/special events. Place your organization's flyers or brochures on an unmanned table at every band concert at DHS

  • Your business name is announced at halftime of ALL DHS football games (home and away)

  • Letter of Appreciation and tax receipt from the Dobie Band Parent Organization; a 501(c)(3) organization

  • A photo of the band with your corporate logo displayed at the bottom. (Dimensions: Approximately 8" x 10")

  • Your company Name is featured on the band trailer (Dimensions: Approximately 6" Lettering)

  • Ask about an upgrade from the Name to your Logo feature for an additional $500 (Dimensions: Approximately 3’ x 1.5’)
